A demonstrated track record in impact measurement and management
Conducted the 5-year review and undertook the development of an updated Impact Management Strategy for the Woodside Development Fund, a 10-year, $20 million corporate investment by Woodside into early childhood development.
Developed an integrated ESG and Impact Management Strategy along with the respective measurement tools and templates, for Cerberus Frontier’s existing multi-million dollar emerging market investment funds.
Worked individually with a number of Aboriginal community-controlled organisations and collective impact initiatives to build their businesses and expand their impact strategies – including Kardan Construction, Yiriman Women in the Kimberley, and an upcoming cultural and land management project with 11 traditional owner groups across the Pilbara.
Led the first phase of the development of the Western Australia whole-of-community sector outcomes measurement framework with Western Australia Council of Social Services (WACOSS) and Department of Premier and Cabinet.

As a proud B-Corp B-Consultant and Facilitator, we can support with B-Corp certification
B Consultant is a training program run by B Lab Australia & New Zealand which trains individuals who work with companies who wish to improve their social and environmental impact and become certified B Corps. Impact Seed’s team includes two B Consultants (Sven Stenvers, completed; and Kylie Hansen, pending). We are able to offer support to our partners in undertaking B Lab’s B Impact Assessment (BIA), understanding and applying the B standards to the company using the BIA and in verification (i.e. reviewing documentary evidence to be uploaded during verification), providing B Impact Score improvement advice, and support in becoming B Corp certified.
