–  Governance Review

Impact Seed led the review of the governance for the collective impact initiative Connecting Communities for Kids (CCK), focussed on children in the Cockburn/Kwinana areas. CCK is funded by the Woodside Development Fund and supported by a diverse array of organisations across the region. The specific question which they were interested in understanding was whether the governance structure for CCK was fit-for-purpose, and if not, what changes were recommended to improve the governance structure. The report delivered some challenging feedback but was very well-received, and CCK began making changes based on the recommendations almost immediately.
