The Salvation Army Balga was looking for an independent review of the financial sustainability and impact of its Early Learning Centre, along with some recommendations and support in making the Centre more profitable.

Impact Seed’s review of the impact of the Centre and subsequent recommendations enabled Balga ELC to secure additional external funding and important internal resourcing and support.
