After completing the independent evaluation of the first five years of the Woodside Development Fund, Impact Seed made a series of recommendations to Woodside as to what the next five years should entail, both in terms of structure and governance, and the flow of funds. As a result of these recommendations, Woodside contracted Impact Seed to develop an Impact Management Strategy to align all grant recipients on outcomes, indicators and joint impact, and aligned the reporting processes so that they were stronger, aligned with the Strategy, and reduced administrative burden both for grant recipients and for Woodside.
