Travel Bursaries 2024 Impact Economy Forum

Impact Seed in partnership with Westpac Foundation, is proud to offer funding to assist regionally-based social enterprises to participate in the 2024 Impact Economy Forum.

Four (4) travel bursaries are available to assist with costs associated with flights, two nights of accommodation and registration to attend the Impact Economy Forum.

Benefit

Eligible social enterprises who meet the criteria detailed below can apply for one (1) of the four (4) bursaries available, each valued at up to A$1500. Payment will be made directly to recipients upon receipt of expenditure.

Elegibility Criteria

To be eligible, social enterprises must be working to make a difference to those facing disadvantage in rural, regional, and remote areas of Western Australia, and must be:
- Located in regional Western Australia (beyond the Perth metropolitan area)
- Priority will be given to social enterprises currently working to create jobs in rural, regional or remote areas of Western Australia

How to Apply

To apply, send a summary (up to 250 words) or video (up to 90 seconds) to team@impactseed.org explaining your impact, and why you deserve the bursary. Applications will be judged by three (3) or more members of the Impact Seed team.

Key Dates

Applications open on Wednesday 1pm AWST 14 August 2024 and close on 12pm AWST 20 August 2024. Successful applicants will be notified via email by 21 August 2024.

Expectations

Recipient to provide:
- Approval for their profile, purpose and of travel bursary to be published on the Impact Seed social media and website channels.
- A recorded interview about their experience, some of which may be included in reporting to funders.
