Health Consumers Council WA is a not-for-profit organisation passionate about ensuring the consumer is centre of WA’s health care system.Health Consumers Council secured a grant from LotteryWest for Impact Seed services to carry out a detailed market analysis to inform the next stage of decision making on their opportunities to establish a social enterprise offering. We explored social enterprise options that would lead to the required return on investment and developed a go to market strategy for the enterprise’s development and pilot.
